A confirmation email has been sent to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox (and the spam folder, just in case) for your booking details, including the date, time, and location of your pickup.
02. Pre-Ride Communication
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled service. On the day of your ride, your chauffeur will send you a text message or call you to confirm their arrival at the pickup location.
03. On the Day of Your Ride
Your professional chauffeur will meet you at the specified location. For airport pickups, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. If you have opted for curbside pickup, please follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email to meet your driver.
